We went to a farm near by and took a hay ride out to the pumkin patch. It was a beautiful fall day and we felt very fallish out at the farm.

Then my parents came to spend the weekend here in Provo. It was so much fun, and we miss them already. It's so wonderful that they can come and visit us. We got lots of cute pictures of Boyce with grandma & grandpa and my brother Joe and his wife Mal. We have really loved living by them.

My sweet sister in-law Amy sent Boyce a really cute Halloween package and he really loved the bubbles! thanks

One of our favorite things to do now is going to The Quarry which is the rock climbing gym here in Provo. We go about 3 times a week, and we love it. We mostly boulder which is just climbing on a shorter wall where you don't have to have a harness or ropes. Boyce loves it too. We usually try to go during his nap, but he really just love to play and watch us too. The floor is soft with a little bounce so he has lots of fun.

I love general Conference! It's a special time we can spend with our family listening to the leaders of the church. They give such inspiring and comforting counsel. It seemed like this conference was all about finding hope, faith and comfort in a troubling time and world we live in. Conference always makes me think of my mission because I served on Temple Square where conference is a busy and amazing time. We all went to my mission reunion on Friday and it was so much fun to see so many wonderful sisters that I miss so much. It's amazing also to see that most had their husbands with them now and there were 6 brand new little babies. Boyce was the oldest. On Sunday we got to spend time with Candace (Mark's sister) for her birthday and be with Lance (mark's brother) and his family. It was a great weekend even though it rain almost the entire time.
