Happy Birthday Mark!

We had a relaxing day together as a family to celebrate Mark's birthday. I am so happy he was born! He is the best husband and dad! We started off the day at the park, and ended the day with the tornado sirens going off. It's crazy how fast the storms can move in here. But we had a great day together.

We have a great fun trail system through Grand Island and close to our house. We have been loving our fun bike rides together.

What more could a dad ask for for his birthday then a little lego starwars with his son

Boyce kept saying all day that it was his birthday too, and asking Mark if he would share.

Easter made gifts

Boyce loves his new church bag.

Mark thought it was a little girly to have a bag so he pick out the fabric.

I'm not good at sewing at all! But believe it when I say I made these pants and the skirt! I tried to make myself one, but umm.... lets just say I'm not posting a picture anytime soon. And I made the cute little clip too. Thanks of all the wonderful women who teach us new skills online! I love the internet.

After getting all the groceries put away I came around the corner and found this.

I guess that is what you get with lots of helpers around

Boyce loved dying eggs. We did it while eve napped :)

You get a lot of cracks in your eggs when your 3 year old is in charge

We went to a little ward Easter Egg hunt.

They loved it and all the candy even more!

I have spent most of today hiding and re-hiding eggs.

They can't get enough of it.

Good thing we are out of candy though

well until tomorrow at least :)

We took a quick trip to Omaha to go to the temple

and we can't go to Omaha without going to the zoo

My good friend and mission companion, Mary, lives there.

It was so fun to see her and her two cute kids!

Is a girl ever too young to love shoes?

She will find her shoes and bring them to me saying "Shh shh.." until I put them on her.

And then the other day I saw her, well I guess I first hear her down the hall and this is was I saw...

Windy Conference Weekend

General Conference is one of my favorite time of years.

Twice a year we get to hear the words of the modern prophets and apostles.

It's an uplifting and inspiring time. And I love being gather together as a family.

We got to have the missionaries over for a while to watch.

It was so windy! Eve didn't like it because she could barely walk, and Boyce that is was so funny to run against and with the wind. He just ran and ran around yelling this is amazing!

We thought living in a windy place must be good for something so we purchased a cheep trick kite. It was a blast.
